CRINKLES

Crinkles is the deuteragonist of the game, Patsy n' Crinkles.

He is Patsy's best friend and he is often seen tagging along with them throughout the game.

He is depicted as a loud and adventurous person and he would often urge Patsy to go explore the city of Old Dots or even persuade them to take certain jobs.

According to RoboticDreamz, his relationship with Patsy is somewhat toxic and one sided, not caring if they would like to go to that place or not. Despite everything, they still remained best friends.

BIOGRAPHY

Crinkles was a local resident of Old Dots, born in a middle class family. He grew up in a shabby apartment in Cranc Avenue and he has a fairly decent childhood.

As a child he developed interests on collecting things and modifying them. He was often praised for his creative skills.

When he turned 18, he was forced to move out and he ended staying in the apartment at 88 J. Arrerondo Street and landed in a busking job at Genardier's.

A year later, he met Patsy when they were still a rookie. They immediately became best friends and it wasn't long when they moved in with him.

RELATIONSHIPS

PATSY

Crinkles met Patsy when Genardier had assigned them to be partners. Eventually they got along and Patsy moved into Crinkles' apartment as they wanted to distant themself from their parents.

There are times Crinkles acts inconsiderate towards Patsy, forcing them to go for an adventure with him or take something they're hesitant to do. Despite the seemingly toxic dynamic, the two still remained friends.

GENARDIER

Patrick Genardier is the two's manager at Genardier Inc. and they get paid to busk outside as street performers.

Though Genardier has a strong resentment towards the two, he doesn't find Crinkles that annoying as much as Patsy. Overall, however, when it comes to professionalism, he has no strong opinions over his employees.

TRIVIA

¢ According to RoboticDreamz, Crinkles' design was based on Lola, the pink mascot that appeared during the promotion of Gerard Way's solo album, Hesitant Alien.

¢ Crinkles wears an old mascot costume from the Wilby's restaurant. He found one from an abandoned junkyard and modified it.

¢ RoboticDreamz envisioned Crinkles to have this deep, resonant voice with a Southern accent, contrasting to Patsy's guttural squeaky voice.
