CELESTE

Celeste is a waitress working at the Diner and she's also somewhat an aunt figure to Patsy. She is often seen alone by herself and it is implied she also manages the diner.

Originally the diner was located from Patsy’s hometown in Monteblanco and it stayed there for a couple of years. Unfortunately, due to rat problems, they had to relocate to Old Dots.

Nevertheless, Patsy often visits there to just hang out with Crinkles, often indulging on cheese sticks or reminiscing old memories.

Her name is pronounced "suh-les-tee".

BIOGRAPHY

Not much is known about Celeste as she is somewhat a secretive person. Though her records state she was born in Monteblanco to Carl Vorhenn and Jeanne Undergourd.

Shortly after finishing high school, she landed a job as a fry cook in Mr. Robin’s Burgers located in Kiki’s Resort. The job didn't last long as the resort as well the burger stand shut down after five years.

Eventually, she found a job at the Diner as a waitress where up to this day, she still works there.

THE DINER

Originally the Diner was managed by Joseph Mardon and they offered a variety of menu items such as the DIY donuts, where people can customize their own donuts using the available toppings and sauces.

Unfortunately, the building they rented had a problem: rat infestation. No matter how hard they try to exterminate the rats, they always find their way back. There were reports that the rats were extremely smart, as they were able to snatch food in extremely hot surfaces.

Aside from the rats, Celeste mentions that the building's rental is too expensive, which they found unfair. Because of these two, they had no choice but to relocate to Old Dots eventually.

¢ She is named after two scrapped RoboticDreamz characters: Celeste Undergourd, the titular character of SkyFighter and Elsar Vorhenn, the villain of the early drafts of The Louristine Quest.

¢ Her odd pronunciation came from how RoboticDreamz originally pronounced the name in general.

¢ In the early drafts, The Diner was originally called Celeste's Diner. It was later switched to a more generic name to sound ambiguous.
